baggingbwsel: Bagging Bandwidth Selection in Kernel Density and Regression

Bagging bandwidth selection methods for the Parzen-Rosenblatt and Nadaraya-Watson estimators. These
bandwidth selectors can achieve greater statistical precision than their non-bagged counterparts while being
